Jen in The Six: Twilight Tuesdays at The Drake

Drake One Fifty's Twilight Tuesdays are back this summer and they're serving up some pretty delicious eats! 

From Momofuku to Tundra, some of the best restaurants come together, at York Parkette beside the Drake One Fifty. The parkette will host Twilight Tuesdays every Tuesday at 5 p.m. until the end of the summer. 

Drake One Fifty serves up a white and red sangria, soft serve ice cream (with tonnes of candy toppings!), and sticky pork ribs. 

I was most impressed with The Gabardine's menu of Smoked Pork Tenderloin on a bun. The sandwich is perfect for the street festival crowd, and it's probably the best pork sandwich I've ever had. They smoked the tenderloin with cloves, garlic and white wine and serve it with yellow mustard and chipotle sauce on a bun. The pork is perfectly tender and all of the flavours work so well together, I was only left wishing it was a bigger sandwich. 

All proceeds go towards the St. Andrew's Out of the Cold program, which offers judgement free services to those in need across Toronto. 

Twilight Tuesdays runs every Tuesday until August 30th.
